Kelly Hoopes
Principal Consultant

Kelly Hoopes has extensive experience in technical product support and customer service leadership.  He has a history of initiating and leading organizational change in the international high-tech industry with proven success in service strategy, data analytics, service marketing, knowledge management, serviceability, and innovation.  Before CSLD, Kelly worked in several customer service executive and leadership roles for Avid, Hewlett-Packard, and Peregrine Systems.  Kelly has several industry certifications including KCS (Knowledge Centered Service), ITIL and Six Sigma.  He received a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business.

Paul Filenko
Commercial Operations Consultant

Paul Filenko supports CSLD customers by translating data insights into actionable marketing strategy and commercial implementation.  By leveraging his technology domain expertise and commercial leadership experience, Paul is dedicated to helping you effectively apply our analytical horsepower to grow your business’s revenue and profitability.  Throughout his professional career, Paul has undertaken Customer Success, Strategic Marketing, and technical roles at companies including Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), Emerson Electric, General Electric, and Metso Industries.  Paul received an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, has a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Gilad Barash
Senior Data Scientist

Gilad Barash is CSLD’s senior data advisor and provides insight and direction for the CSLD data analytic engines.  Gilad has extensive experience in machine learning and data mining and is currently leading cross-channel user behavior measurement and insights at Dstillery.  His experience includes leveraging machine learning techniques to improve personalized healthcare and at Tufts University, managing message clusters in event logs and determining the reliability of electronic documents associated with events as a research engineer at Hewlett-Packard. Gilad received both his Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Computer Science from San Diego State University.

Beth Martinko
Executive Advisor

Beth Martinko Is CSLD’s senior executive advisor.  She has extensive software executive leadership experience blending customer loyalty, support and relationship management, professional services, operational leadership and human resources in industries including defense contractors, B2B, B2C, IT, media & entertainment and healthcare.  As a true customer advocate, Beth has a unique ability to build and integrate a customer success culture to fully engage customer service and support employees.  Most importantly, Beth is passionate about mentoring future stars and leveraging data to shine a light on the path forward.
